Raining Rock - Uluru

A$1,500.00

Limited run of 5 prints at A2 printed on CANSON® INFINITY PLATINE FIBRE RAG 310 GSM - SATIN.

-

I visited Mutitjulu Waterhole the day before I took this photo. The ascending braided twists were bone dry with blue skies. The next day on approach, clouds hung low over Uluru. The saturated red was vivid and striped with waterfalls. The smell of the earth felt out the packet new. The waterhole was full to the brim with the top button of its pants undone ready for more helpings. I couldn’t help but think why does water never show its age? The ancient inselberg never looked so graceful.
